My order of events: bitcoin came first. I wasn't looking for a health philosophy. I was trying to understand why everything gets more expensive while everyone works harder, and the answer turned out to be the money. And when you find out the money is manipulated, you have to ask what else is.

Think about what that means for a second. Money is the information everything else gets priced and paid in. If that information is manipulated, then everything downstream gets distorted with it - what we're told to eat, what we're prescribed, what gets called healthy. Not because of some plan in a dark room. It follows the incentives, same as the money does.

So I started checking for myself. Who paid for the food pyramid. Who sponsors the studies. Who buys the ads on the news you watch. Doing your own research - the thing they mock people for. And it became very clear to me that one question cuts through all of it: do they earn more when you're healthy, or when you're sick? If you're healthy, they don't make money on you. Nobody has to be evil for this to work. The incentives do it alone.

Jeff Booth calls it agency, and I think that's the right word. Once you've gone against the official story one time and turned out right, you stop outsourcing your choices. You do your own research. You test things on your own body instead of taking the label's word for it. That's the natural progression of a person who opts out: first you take agency over your money, then over what you eat, how you connect with nature, how you treat yourself. Investing in yourself, the decentralized way.

The food followed. I eat what humans have always eaten - beef, eggs, butter, things with one ingredient. The same food they now warn you about, with the environment as the excuse. Imagine that: the food we ate for 200,000 years is suddenly the danger, and the processed stuff from a factory is the safe choice. Training changed too. When the food is clean you feel the difference, and exercise stops being a chore. You only get one body. I started acting like it.

I don't think it's a coincidence that bitcoiners end up in the sun, off the medications, out of the system. Fixing your money is the first time you trust your own judgment over the official story. Health is the second.

Here's what's coming in this section: the sun, and why light runs your biology. Protecting yourself from blue light after dark. Grounding - bare feet on real ground. Being outside. Walking, which was the first thing that changed for me. What food to eat, and a deep dive on peptides. I'm three weeks into this realization, and I'm sharing the journey as it happens with the few who follow.

I'm not a doctor. This is what I do and what changed.

Fix the money, then look in the mirror. Few understand.
